Our Volunteers

We Have a Place For You!

Whether you have a few hours a month or a few hours a week, there’s a place for you here. Our volunteers help stock shelves, sort donations, serve families, support events, and make our community a little brighter.

Be Part of Strengthening Our Community

Volunteers are an important part of Christian Helping Hands. Every day, caring people help make it possible for families and individuals in our community to receive food, clothing, encouragement, and support.
As a Family Resource Center, Christian Helping Hands serves through the Food Pantry, Clothes Closet, Hope Center, and Heather’s Hope Housing. Volunteers help us extend that care in practical ways across our programs and locations.
Whether you can serve regularly or help occasionally, your time and presence can make a meaningful difference.

Why Volunteer?

When you volunteer with Christian Helping Hands, you become part of a mission to strengthen families and support individuals through difficult seasons. Your service helps create a welcoming environment where people feel seen, valued, and supported.

Volunteering is also a way to build relationships, use your gifts, and serve your community in a hands-on way.

“I am only one, but I am one. I cannot do everything, but I can do something. And I will not let what I cannot do interfere with what I can do.”
